Motorized Potentiometers

Motorized potentiometers and cam timers are used in a variety of industrial automation and process control applications. They are simple to set-up. Easy to operate. No computers required. No software to write. Easy to maintain. Never obsolete. Micronor offers a wide range of configurations and options. Motor pots are made-to-order and typically 2-3 weeks ARO (expediting available). Options include:

    MPC MPF MPP MPR | General Purpose 1-Turn Motor Pots

    Most general purpose and popular of all Micronor motorized potentiometers. Can accomodate multiple potentiometers as well as multiple cam switches.

  • MPP is most popular model, DIN rail or chassis mount
  • MPR is DIN rail, end mount
  • MPF is front panel mount
  • MPC in protective housing with see-thru cover
  • MPPD is DIN rail mount and offers 2 timing cycles (Program execution and Return To Zero)

    MPPS | Special Purpose High Wattage (20-1000W) Motor Pot

    MPPS series are special purpose 1 Turn motorized potentiometers for high wattage applications.

  • Up to 2 potentiometers or rheostats rated from 20 to 1000 Watts
  • See MR268 series for high wattage models with built-in 4-20mA or 0-10V remote control interface or feedback

    MPZ MPRZ MPZD | 10-Turn Motorized Potentiometers

    Versatile 10-turn motorized potentiometers where extra resolution is required. Can accomodate up to 2 potentiometers as well as multiple cam switches.

  • MPZ is most popular 10-turn model, DIN rail or chassis mount
  • MPRZ is DIN rail, end mount
  • MPZD features dual timing cycle (Program execution and Return To Zero)

    MR267 | Motor Pots with 4-20mA or 0-10V Remote Control Interface

    MR267 series motor pots allow the straightforward automation upgrade of manual potentiometer controls (up to 5W) to PLC control via 4-20mA or 0-10V input/ouput.

  • Mounting styles: Front panel or DIN Rail
  • Combinations of 4-20mA or 0-10V input and/or output are available, plus isolated or non-isolated interfaces
  • 24 VDC operation
  • User adjustable speed of 6-120s, preset to 10s
  • Quick connections via PHOENIX CombiCon wiring plug

    NK NP NV Series | Cam Options

    These cams are the most common options offered on Micronor motorized potentiometers, cam timers and rotary limit switches:

  • NK series are DEFAULT Standand on all Micronor products
  • NP series OPTION use removeable clips to program multiple On-Off cycles
  • NV cams OPTION feature an internal worm gear for fine and precise adjustments. This is the default cam for all Micron replacement feedback units.
